Wawrzyniec Franzik took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wieslaw Wolicki. Jan Turek came out and tried to block the shot, but Stasio Czajkowski slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Wawrzyniec Franzik managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Wawrzyniec Franzik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
