AKS Kozienice's Padro Sevilla quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Zhang Song Fan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute Raúl Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dawid Brudzisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes AKS Kozienice's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Campomanes who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Dream Team Gniezno's corner Dacian Groza fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dawid Brudzisz quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhang Song Fan in the 18th minute of play forced Dream Team Gniezno's goalkeeper Augusto Batalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dawid Brudzisz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matias Borek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Dawid Brudzisz came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Dream Team Gniezno's Beniamin Zbytniewski. But to his dismay, Beniamin Zbytniewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Dream Team Gniezno's Fryderyk Nieuzyla managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Padro Sevilla in the 29 minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Raúl Silveira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dawid Brudzisz. That made the score 3-0 in the 30 minute of play. In the 33rd minute Raúl Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dawid Brudzisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AKS Kozienice's Zachariasz Zachemski got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dawid Brudzisz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Campomanes in the 38th minute. In the 45th minute, Zhang Song Fan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Batalla was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zachariasz Zachemski was the one to do the kick off. Augusto Batalla made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Zhang Song Fan sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute of the match AKS Kozienice got a corner. Dream Team Gniezno's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zachariasz Zachemski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Augusto Batalla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zachariasz Zachemski in the 62nd minute. Augusto Batalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhang Song Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 69 minutes Dream Team Gniezno's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zachariasz Zachemski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to AKS Kozienice's Hermenegildo Menezes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Dream Team Gniezno's zone, Elia Pietrantoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Batalla came out of the goal and Elia Pietrantoni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dawid Brudzisz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Campomanes in the 79th minute of the match. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by AKS Kozienice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Campomanes was slow to take the kick. During this time Dream Team Gniezno's players had a chance to rest. Dream Team Gniezno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Campomanes in the 82nd minute. After taking down the ball on Dream Team Gniezno's corner Dacian Groza fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dawid Brudzisz quite easily take care of the ball. In the 84th match minute, Dream Team Gniezno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbigniew Nakoneczny to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Dream Team Gniezno booed when AKS Kozienice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elia Pietrantoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elia Pietrantoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Dream Team Gniezno's Augusto Batalla got control of the ball when Elia Pietrantoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augusto Batalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elia Pietrantoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dream Team Gniezno had won after a very even match.
