But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiktor Zatorski couldn't finish the play. FC Bogucice's Damian Bubczyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bogucice from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michal Kiszkiel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Bogucice's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
