Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ryszard Podolski in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludomir Jankowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Olgierd Gierasik fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cidry Rojca's protests and gave Olgierd Gierasik a yellow card for diving instead. Olgierd Gierasik kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cidry Rojca's Radowit Sedzikowski got control of the ball when Damazy Roman tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Zdeb couldn't finish the play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wit Paciuszko made a kick off. Cidry Rojca's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Zdeb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
