With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bogumil Kochniarczyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bartosz Brack kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Borys Zaworski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartosz Brack in the 8th minute. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Rinus Oorschot put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bogumil Kochniarczyk. When LUFC Kraków's Rinus Oorschot in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ludomir Sidor's late challenge caught a LUFC Kraków's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludomir Sidor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st match minute, Brodna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Sidor to maneuver through the defense. Ludomir Sidor got his second yellow card in the match during the 33rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of LUFC Kraków booed when Brodna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roch Owsiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rinus Oorschot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogumil Kochniarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rinus Oorschot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Jurjen Rekers made a precise shot to the right of Bogumil Kochniarczyk. Brodna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. In the 84th minute, Alfred Wejta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, LUFC Kraków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Waselenczuk to maneuver through the defense. The Brodna supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LUFC Kraków's performance. The match ended with a win for LUFC Kraków.
