Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Michal Peczkowski got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Akritas Chlorakas's goalkeeper Evert Melander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cyryl Marchewka. When Cyryl Marchewka came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Atletico Madr id fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cyryl Marchewka couldn't finish the play. If Cyryl Marchewka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damazy Dembkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Rostow, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Feliks Lepper could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Evert Melander made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Rostow in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damazy Dembkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacek Glembin kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Damazy Dembkowski came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Akritas Chlorakas's Michal Peczkowski. But to his dismay, Michal Peczkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Damazy Dembkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Rostow in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Atletico Madr id getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Aureliusz Rykaczewski hit a great ball. Damazy Dembkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Rostow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Akritas Chlorakas's Michal Peczkowski got a free kick in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Akritas Chlorakas's goalkeeper Evert Melander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cyryl Marchewka. Lukasz Tscherner kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Akritas Chlorakas's Evert Melander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Akritas Chlorakas from getting a goal against them. Cyryl Marchewka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ryszard Borkowski hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half Akritas Chlorakas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyryl Marchewka made a kick off. Mikolaj Jarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Rostow could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Damazy Dembkowski made a huge save. If Michal Peczkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Akritas Chlorakas's attentive Lukasz Tscherner managed to snatch the ball when Mikolaj Jarek made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, Atletico Madr id's goalkeeper Damazy Dembkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Rostow. The supporters of Atletico Madr id booed when Akritas Chlorakas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukasz Tscherner didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute Robert Rostow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Dembkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliks Lepper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Przemyslaw Luty during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Atletico Madr id booed when Akritas Chlorakas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Przemyslaw Luty didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cyryl Marchewka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Evert Melander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Przemyslaw Luty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Akritas Chlorakas were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Atletico Madr id side.
