The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bieganów SSA's Aleksander Winszman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Bieganów SSA from getting a goal against them. Alfred Anszczak hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, Bieganów SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Witold Wodaszak came free, but Aleksander Winszman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Feliks Osielski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Bieganów SSA fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Bieganów SSA's Gustaw Kon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Daleszewice SA getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Iwan Tomaka hit a great ball. Gustaw Kon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Marian Kornecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, Daleszewice SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Rydzewski to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 23 minutes, Konrad Tscherner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bieganów SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Tscherner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stasio Miodek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Marian Kornecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Daleszewice SA booed when Bieganów SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Pietrasz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grzegorz Matuch hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Kryspin Brzakala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Daleszewice SA's zone, Konrad Tscherner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marian Kornecki came out of the goal and Konrad Tscherner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustaw Kon to strike the kick off in the second half. During the 60th minute of the match Bogdan Rydzewski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bogdan Rydzewski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Bieganów SSA's Aleksander Winszman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Andrysiak in the 73rd minute of play. Aleksander Winszman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Wodaszak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Daleszewice SA getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Bogdan Ciborek hit a great ball. Bogdan Ciborek kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Marian Kornecki came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Bieganów SSA's Zbyszko Michalski. But to his dismay, Zbyszko Michalski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Zbyszko Andrysiak scored 2-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aleksander Winszman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 97 minutes into the match, Stasio Miodek notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Daleszewice SA's Marian Kornecki. Marian Kornecki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bieganów SSA's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
