Szymon Naskrent started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Pogoń Szczecin booed when KS Zryw Rybitwy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Aleksander Gejda managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS Zryw Rybitwy's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Gejda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marian Kajfasz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnoldo Pedro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marian Kajfasz having to make a save. If Arnoldo Pedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldo Pedro got free with Marian Kajfasz in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KS Zryw Rybitwy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnoldo Pedro in the 19th minute. Aleksander Gejda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Marian Kajfasz made a huge save. With 24 minutes on the clock, Leopoldo Azevedo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KS Zryw Rybitwy! Szymon Naskrent shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoldo Pedro to strike the kick off in the second half. Pogoń Szczecin's Marian Kajfasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Pedro in the 57th minute of play. Marian Kajfasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Pedro in the 58th minute of play. Arnoldo Pedro might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marian Kajfasz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnoldo Pedro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute Arnoldo Pedro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Kajfasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ziemowit Klejnowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wasyl Dombroski in the 64th minute of play. KS Zryw Rybitwy's Edward Niedzwiecki was substituted for Arnoldo Pedro. KS Zryw Rybitwy made a substitution. Andrzej Sawicki replaced Aleksander Gejda. Bartosz Kloczko kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Niedzwiecki in the 94th minute of play forced Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Marian Kajfasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KS Zryw Rybitwy had won after a very even match.
