Warsaw Coyotes's Kajetan Lampe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenon Olchowy in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Ikar Redzikowo's Damazy Misiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kajetan Lampe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 39 minutes, Zdzislaw Pryputnicki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warsaw Coyotes and the Ikar Redzikowo players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Ikar Redzikowo's Inigo Anton got control of the ball when Honorato Martxelin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute Miguel Celino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Lampe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ikar Redzikowo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
