Zbigniew Poreda hit a great ball. Jerzy Karp acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Leszek Bierfass. 11 minutes into the match, Tymoteusz Wietrzychowski notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Byala's Jerzy Karp. Jerzy Karp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. GromY SA's Dominik Obuchowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerzy Karp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leszek Furtok went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Jerzy Karp came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by GromY SA's Emil Setara. But to his dismay, Emil Setara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Dominik Obuchowicz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jerzy Karp firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of GromY SA booed when Byala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Munko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Dominik Obuchowicz notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Byala's Jerzy Karp. Jerzy Karp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonard Gdaniec's late challenge caught a GromY SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonard Gdaniec helped the player get up and apologised. Leonard Gdaniec hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leszek Furtok got free with Jerzy Karp in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Leszek Bierfass's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerzy Karp was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, Byala's goalkeeper Jerzy Karp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tymoteusz Wietrzychowski. In the 39th minute, Emil Setara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GromY SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Jerzy Karp was a little too slow when Leszek Bierfass got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 9-0. Dominik Obuchowicz took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerzy Karp. Jerzy Karp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 10-0.

In the 53rd minute, Leszek Furtok ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerzy Karp was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. After some careless play in the Byala defense, Tymoteusz Wietrzychowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerzy Karp. The Byala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Karp should have stopped the shot. Jerzy Karp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leszek Bierfass, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Dominik Obuchowicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerzy Karp was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. After a rather tough play, Byala's Lucjan Munko got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Zbigniew Poreda fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Byala's protests and gave Zbigniew Poreda a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Wietrzychowski in the 85th minute of play forced Byala's goalkeeper Jerzy Karp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play, GromY SA's Leszek Furtok made it 16-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerzy Karp was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of GromY SA booed when Byala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbigniew Poreda didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, GromY SA's Leszek Bierfass sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerzy Karp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucjan Munko hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that GromY SA were the better team. GromY SA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
