Przemysl were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Black Express's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Timo Werner took the corner. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Boguslaw Witkowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Artur Scigan to make any attempt to save it. Hugon Drab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Plaski, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

In the 56th match minute, Black Express was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zygmunt Budarz to maneuver through the defense. Cezary Plaski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugon Drab read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timo Werner in the 92nd minute of play forced Black Express's goalkeeper Hugon Drab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Napoleon Konopka notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Black Express's Hugon Drab. Hugon Drab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Black Express supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Przemysl's performance. The match ended with a win for Przemysl.
