Ulisses Meira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maciej Wieck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Maciej Wieck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulisses Meira's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 18thth minute of the game Ulisses Meira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Maciej Wieck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ulisses Meira came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the RealMadrid Club de Fútbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulisses Meira couldn't finish the play. After 23 minutes RealMadrid Club de Fútbol's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sixten Gernberg who took care of the corner kick. 28 minutes into the match, RealMadrid Club de Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Cristopher de Alcântara came free, but Dominik Kosakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Kosakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristopher de Alcântara in the 31st minute of play. Dominik Kosakowski was a little too slow when Kacem von Felten got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Maciej Wieck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulisses Meira went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Maciej Wieck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Meira in the 42nd minute of play.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristopher de Alcântara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Cristopher de Alcântara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute Cristopher de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Kosakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, RealMadrid Club de Fútbol's Ulisses Meira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The crowd rose to their feet as RealMadrid Club de Fútbol's Ulisses Meira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maciej Wieck. That made the score 2-5 after 63 minutes of play. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Maciej Wieck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Meira in the 68th minute of play. Ali Numan Dilazad kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Gwidon Pilitowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dominik Kosakowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. After having played for 82 minutes, Răzvan Brădean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Răzvan Brădean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Maciej Wieck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ulisses Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Ulisses Meira came free, but Maciej Wieck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Zawisza Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Numan Dilazad to maneuver through the defense. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ulisses Meira 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-7. The RealMadrid Club de Fútbol supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing RealMadrid Club de Fútbol would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
