Lorenzo Cordaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Skaczące Ślimaki's Vicente Aguiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Skaczące Ślimaki from getting a goal against them. Vicente Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristopher de Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprian Sitko came free, but Maciej Wieck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cyprian Sitko who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Skaczące Ślimaki's Roman Kostrzewski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Roman Kostrzewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skaczące Ślimaki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zawisza Bydgoszcz the free kick. In the 25th minute, one of Skaczące Ślimaki:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Skaczące Ślimaki. Skaczące Ślimaki:s Vicente Aguiar showed great skill when he stopped Sixten Gernberg:s penalty. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skaczące Ślimaki's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sixten Gernberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Zawisza Bydgoszcz's players had a chance to rest. Sixten Gernberg made a great header on Zawisza Bydgoszcz's corner, it was just that Skaczące Ślimaki's Vicente Aguiar managed to reach the ball for a save. Vicente Aguiar made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Gwidon Pilitowski sent off a good shot on target. Lorenzo Cordaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maciej Wieck having to interfere. A collision led to Zawisza Bydgoszcz getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Manuel Şoimu hit a great ball. A collision led to Skaczące Ślimaki getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Tytus Chmelyk hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Cristopher de Alcântara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vicente Aguiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristopher de Alcântara was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Pilitowski in the 51st minute of play forced Skaczące Ślimaki's goalkeeper Vicente Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Cristopher de Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristopher de Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gwidon Pilitowski came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Zawisza Bydgoszcz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwidon Pilitowski couldn't finish the play. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Manuel Şoimu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tytus Chmelyk in the 66 minute of the game. Vicente Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristopher de Alcântara in the 70th minute of the match. Vicente Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristopher de Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Răzvan Brădean was substituted for Cristopher de Alcântara. Benedykt Karwowski kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The supporters of Zawisza Bydgoszcz booed when Skaczące Ślimaki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radowit Bazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Răzvan Brădean in the 85th minute of play forced Skaczące Ślimaki's goalkeeper Vicente Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Aguiar came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Răzvan Brădean. But to his dismay, Răzvan Brădean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 94 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Maciej Wieck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Cordaro. When Lorenzo Cordaro came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Skaczące Ślimaki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Cordaro couldn't finish the play. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
