Spectators: 7547 (Terracing: 5662, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bendik Bakka took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Moelv BF's goalkeeper Tormod Ebbesen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marius Fjeldberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Bendik Bakka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Melsbø's supporters rose to their feet, but Bendik Bakka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tormod Ebbesen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the game, Jon Bertelsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Melsbø's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moelv BF the free kick. A collision led to Melsbø getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jon Bertelsen hit a great ball. After 26 played minutes Moelv BF got a freekick which was hit by Jo Milde. In the 27th minute, Josef Aaberg fired a really elegant long shot, but Tormod Ebbesen threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The supporters of Moelv BF booed when Melsbø was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bendik Bakka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilhelm Lønning struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Øivind Mentzoni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moelv BF. In the 34th minute Hans-Petter Danielsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Øivind Mentzoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wilhelm Lønning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilhelm Lønning made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Wilhelm Lønning got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peder Urdal kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Moelv BF's Adam Hilstad tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bendik Bakka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tormod Ebbesen having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Melsbø's zone, Hans-Petter Danielsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Øivind Mentzoni came out of the goal and Hans-Petter Danielsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Melsbø's Øivind Mentzoni got control of the ball when Hans-Petter Danielsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hans-Petter Danielsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans-Petter Danielsen got free with Øivind Mentzoni in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jo Milde hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Melsbø's Josef Aaberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Moelv BF. Runar Kvinnesland's late challenge caught a Melsbø's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Runar Kvinnesland helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, Moelv BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Runar Kvinnesland to maneuver through the defense. If Hans-Petter Danielsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
