Pollen FK's Birk Havik got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Pollen FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Sveige FF getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ole-Gunnar Hagelund hit a great ball. Bjørn Ulvik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Pollen FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birk Havik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torkel Fromreide in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bjørn Ulvik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Torkel Fromreide put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Bjørn Ulvik. In the 57th minute, Torkel Fromreide got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Birk Havik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pollen FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
