After having played for 3 minutes, Joseph Jeanneret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rezas FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Jeanneret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aleksander Ringnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Kristian Stokland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Jeanneret in the 7th minute of play forced Steinsbø BF's goalkeeper Kristian Stokland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asbjørn Hammerø during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Asbjørn Hammerø kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Hillestad in the 10th minute of play forced Steinsbø BF's goalkeeper Kristian Stokland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th match minute, Rezas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morten Josdal to maneuver through the defense. Jon Soldal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dag Løkkeberg. 15 minutes into the game, Morten Josdal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rezas FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Steinsbø BF the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Digre in the 16th minute of play forced Rezas FK's goalkeeper Jon Soldal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joseph Jeanneret scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Stokland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Jeanneret in the 36th minute of play forced Steinsbø BF's goalkeeper Kristian Stokland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Dybdahl got free with Jon Soldal in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kristian Stokland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Jeanneret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aleksander Ringnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Steinsbø BF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rezas FK were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thomas Dybdahl made a kick off. Joseph Jeanneret did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Kristian Stokland 52 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes Steinsbø BF got a freekick which was hit by Dag Løkkeberg. A throw-in in the 65th minute of the game was made by Dag Løkkeberg with Ragnar Digre as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a rather tough play, Steinsbø BF's Thomas Dybdahl got a free kick in the 66th minute. The throw-in from Christoffer Ek in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Rezas FK's Herman Ryeng. When Rezas FK's Joseph Jeanneret in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Steinsbø BF's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Steinsbø BF's Dag Løkkeberg got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 79th minute Joseph Jeanneret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Stokland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Aleksander Ringnes made a precise shot to the right of Kristian Stokland. Steinsbø BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Nils-Christian Bævre might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristian Stokland. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nils-Christian Bævre ran back to his position shaking his head. Kristian Stokland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Jeanneret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Steinsbø BF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rezas FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
