Eirik Dalene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjetil Elvenes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Svanvik's goal looked a bit too open when Olav Pettersen came free, but Emanuel Karlson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Olav Pettersen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Karlson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Kopperå's goal looked a bit too open when Kjetil Elvenes came free, but Eirik Dalene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunnar Fjermestad's late challenge caught a Kopperå's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gunnar Fjermestad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Kjetil Elvenes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Svanvik's Emanuel Karlson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Myrdal in the 37th minute of play. Jonathan Myrdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Kjetil Elvenes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eirik Dalene. The goal made the score 1-1. Eirik Dalene showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjetil Elvenes in the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kjetil Elvenes made a kick off. Edvard Håland hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Kopperå's Eirik Dalene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Kristian Kvello in the 54th minute of play. Svanvik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kopperå the free kick. The supporters of Kopperå booed when Svanvik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvard Håland didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Svanvik's goal looked a bit too open when Olav Pettersen came free, but Emanuel Karlson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Olav Pettersen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kopperå fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Elias Bauge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Karlson having to interfere. Svanvik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Kristian Kvello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Svanvik's Emanuel Karlson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Svanvik from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the match, Svanvik's goalkeeper Emanuel Karlson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Myrdal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kopperå had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
