Fridtjof Nakken in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ståle Wikstrøm during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Nerdvik booed when Legia Warsaw was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ståle Wikstrøm didn't get a good kick on the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Legia Warsaw's Bent Thorbjørnsen got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Endre Rønne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ståle Wikstrøm in the 94th minute of play. Fridtjof Nakken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Kyrre Prytz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halvard Eklund kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match.
