Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Finn Lundberg hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Brann's Odd-Eirik Kavli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Melbye narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Brimnes BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Bernt Balstad scored to the left of an out of position Sebastian Melbye, making the score, 2-0. When Bernt Balstad came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Brann fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernt Balstad couldn't finish the play. If Finn Lundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Finn Lundberg came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Brimnes BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finn Lundberg couldn't finish the play. Tormod Folland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Sikveland, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Brann's zone, Ludvig Sikveland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tormod Folland came out of the goal and Ludvig Sikveland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Finn Lundberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hans Skålevik kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The long shot by Halvor Langnes in the 46th minute really tested Sebastian Melbye's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernt Balstad to strike the kick off in the second half. Tormod Folland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludvig Sikveland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tormod Folland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludvig Sikveland in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Bernt Balstad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Finn Lundberg got free with Tormod Folland in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute, Daniel Bruland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Brann's Halvor Langnes got a free kick in the 74th minute. Finn Lundberg struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Tormod Folland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brimnes BK. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Finn Lundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brimnes BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Finn Lundberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tormod Folland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ludvig Sikveland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tormod Folland having to interfere. Finn Lundberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian Melbye showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Balstad in the 90th minute of the match. Finn Lundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
