But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Karlsen couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eirik Fossan during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Niklas Skram kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Trosvik IF's Markus Forsberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Trosvik IF from getting a goal against them. Markus Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Larsen in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
