Frode Lyngås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glenn Beck in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Blodskudt's goal looked a bit too open when Glenn Beck came free, but Frode Lyngås reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Blodskudt getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Sander Sviggum hit a great ball. Frode Lyngås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Stein in the 15th minute of play. After 17 minutes, Martin Sæthre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blodskudt and the Low Expectations players grew even worse after the yellow card. Martin Sæthre kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Low Expectations's Frank Stein got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Glenn Beck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Low Expectations's supporters rose to their feet, but Glenn Beck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frode Lyngås breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Blodskudt's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Ottosen came free, but Frode Lyngås reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Low Expectations booed when Blodskudt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Herheim didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Glenn Beck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Low Expectations's supporters crossed their fingers, but Glenn Beck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 34 minutes of play, Low Expectations's Frank Stein made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frode Lyngås was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frode Lyngås stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Ottosen's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Glenn Beck fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Low Expectations's protests and gave Glenn Beck a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Blodskudt booed when Low Expectations was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anders Klungtveit didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Otto Svanberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Glenn Beck got free with Frode Lyngås in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Blodskudt's Frode Lyngås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Stein in the 75th minute of play. Frank Stein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Frode Lyngås tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Frank Stein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frode Lyngås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Blodskudt's Linus Nordrum sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raymond Frøland narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 83 minutes, Frank Stein managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Low Expectations's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Stein was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th match minute, Blodskudt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Herheim to maneuver through the defense. Glenn Beck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Glenn Beck's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Frode Lyngås firmly grabbed it by the left post. Blodskudt's Frode Lyngås proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Blodskudt from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Low Expectations players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
