After having played for 11 minutes, Linus Nordrum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blodskudt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Linus Nordrum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kai Ottersen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Nordrum, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blodskudt's goalkeeper Frode Lyngås, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 20 played minutes, TRONDHEIM's Knut Waaler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frode Lyngås came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TRONDHEIM reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Joachim Salberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. TRONDHEIM's supporters rose to their feet, but Joachim Salberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frode Lyngås breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Linus Nordrum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kai Ottersen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Linus Nordrum's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute, TRONDHEIM's Joachim Salberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. 46 minutes into the game, Torgeir Fagervold cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Frode Lyngås was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Linus Nordrum made a kick off. Blodskudt's Frode Lyngås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgeir Fagervold in the 53rd minute of play. Frode Lyngås didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joachim Salberg went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 64 minutes, Linus Nordrum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blodskudt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Linus Nordrum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frode Lyngås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torgeir Fagervold in the 69th minute of play. Linus Nordrum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Kai Ottersen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torgeir Fagervold took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frode Lyngås. Frode Lyngås dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Salberg in the 81st minute of play forced Blodskudt's goalkeeper Frode Lyngås to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torgeir Fagervold's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frode Lyngås read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Torgeir Fagervold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frode Lyngås having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Salberg in the 88th minute of play forced Blodskudt's goalkeeper Frode Lyngås to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kai Ottersen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Lyngstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Linus Nordrum could shoot a difficult shot in the 100th minute, which Kai Ottersen however easily saved by the left post. For all the effort they put into the match, the Blodskudt players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for TRONDHEIM.
