The crowd rose to their feet as Midtun Fc's Johannes Westberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of August Gjeruldsen. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Espen Indergård in the 26th minute of play forced Midtun Fc's goalkeeper Roy Jama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roy Jama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Rydland, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 58th minute Jo Øvstebø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Gjeruldsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Młode Smoki FC's August Gjeruldsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bård Hem in the 62nd minute of play. August Gjeruldsen came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Midtun Fc's Bård Hem. But to his dismay, Bård Hem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Johannes Westberg took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised August Gjeruldsen. August Gjeruldsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Roy Jama made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Aleksander Rydland sent off a good shot on target. August Gjeruldsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Westberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roy Jama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Syvertsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Jo Øvstebø left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. August Gjeruldsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joakim Bø scored 11-0 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of August Gjeruldsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Młode Smoki FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
