The supporters of Skudalen IF booed when Stormblåst was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon-Egil Nybråten didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Stormblåst getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ivar Starheim hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the game, Kenneth Oftedal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stormblåst's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skudalen IF the free kick. In the 13th match minute, Stormblåst was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Oftedal to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Pedro Sampaio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Stormblåst's Simen Larsson. Simen Larsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stormblåst's Jon-Egil Nybråten got his second yellow card of the match in the 16th minute. The referee ordered Jon-Egil Nybråten off the ground. In the 17th match minute, Stormblåst was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon-Egil Nybråten to maneuver through the defense. Hauk Eikås kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Stormblåst:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skudalen IF:s goal. Stormblåst:s Simen Larsson showed great skill when he stopped Frode Hagelund:s penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Stormblåst's Kenneth Oftedal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Filippo Traini. That made the score 1-2 after 30 minutes of play. Filippo Traini acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Markus Holth. Skudalen IF's Filippo Traini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Skudalen IF from getting a goal against them. 39 minutes into the match, Skudalen IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Oftedal came free, but Filippo Traini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markus Holth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Filippo Traini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Stormblåst got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Wallach. The Stormblåst players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Skudalen IF were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jørund Ingebretsen to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mons Storvik during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Markus Holth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Traini having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Olgierd Wallach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Endre Lundby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. But to his dismay, Pedro Sampaio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. In the 94th match minute, Stormblåst was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristoffer Mæland to maneuver through the defense.
