Espen Østerbø hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Erlend Grønseth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bjarne Langhelle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konnerudkollen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Espen Østerbø was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bjarne Langhelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Eik Tønsberg AllStars's goal looked a bit too open when Tord Krogsrud came free, but Bjarne Langhelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erlend Grønseth was the one to do the kick off. Bjarne Langhelle made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Tord Krogsrud sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Bjarne Langhelle successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Tord Krogsrud took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Bjarne Langhelle to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th match minute, Eik Tønsberg AllStars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Hauger to maneuver through the defense. Bjarne Langhelle made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Espen Østerbø sent off a good shot on target. Espen Østerbø could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Bjarne Langhelle made a huge save. In the 95th minute of the match, Audun Sørli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bjarne Langhelle was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match was over Konnerudkollen could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Eik Tønsberg AllStars throughout the match.
