In the 17th minute, Arnstein Worren made a precise shot to the right of Bastien Kennel. Nykvaag's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Jakob Bartnes kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. When Ubaldo Frantzes came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Nykvaag fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Frantzes couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Zé Pedro Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mao Jun Xu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bastien Kennel came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Byggda IL's Jakob Bartnes. But to his dismay, Jakob Bartnes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 31 played minutes Nykvaag got a freekick which was hit by Jarle Hagerup. The supporters of Nykvaag booed when Byggda IL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Bartnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bastien Kennel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Bartnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 minutes, Jarle Hagerup mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nykvaag and the Byggda IL players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Nykvaag getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jarle Hagerup hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Byggda IL's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Lopez came free, but Mao Jun Xu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jakob Bartnes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Bastien Kennel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Arnstein Worren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bastien Kennel made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Jakob Bartnes sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 47 minutes, Arnstein Worren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Byggda IL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnstein Worren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jakob Bartnes to make the kick off. Bastien Kennel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tormod Kristiansen in the 54th minute of play. Bastien Kennel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Bartnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arnstein Worren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bastien Kennel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jakob Bartnes's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Zé Pedro Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mao Jun Xu having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Jakob Bartnes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bastien Kennel was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A nice corner shot did that Tormod Kristiansen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bastien Kennel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Byggda IL getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Øyvind Jordet hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnstein Worren in the 79th minute of play forced Nykvaag's goalkeeper Bastien Kennel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Zé Pedro Lopez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nykvaag's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Byggda IL the free kick. Nykvaag's Jarle Hagerup got his second yellow card of the match in the 85th minute. The referee ordered Jarle Hagerup off the ground. In the 86th minute, Tormod Kristiansen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Nykvaag's Bastien Kennel didn't even have to move. 87 minutes into the game, Lucio Ishmael was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nykvaag's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Byggda IL the free kick. A collision led to Nykvaag getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Lucio Ishmael hit a great ball. In the 88th minute of the match Tormod Kristiansen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bastien Kennel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jakob Bartnes struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Bastien Kennel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Byggda IL. After a defensive mix-up in Nykvaag's zone, Jakob Bartnes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bastien Kennel came out of the goal and Jakob Bartnes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bastien Kennel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Byggda IL's Jakob Bartnes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Byggda IL's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
