The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Grim Torkildsen threw the ball into play from the sideline. Λstral Villains FC's Fernan Crescencio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jimeno Acevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Theo Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimeno Acevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Λstral Villains FC's Leon Digre got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ahmad Okhumeode Krychowiak lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 9th minute, Ahmad Okhumeode Krychowiak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Λstral Villains FC's Emil Berntzen got a free kick in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Λstral Villains FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Acevedo came free, but Theo Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emil Berntzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th match minute, PERSIA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Leon Digre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carl Haveland showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carl Haveland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Berntzen's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Berntzen in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Haveland prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Berntzen in the 23rd minute of play forced PERSIA FC's goalkeeper Carl Haveland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Leon Digre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Haveland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by PERSIA FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leon Digre was slow to take the kick. During this time Λstral Villains FC's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Λstral Villains FC booed when PERSIA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. 孟坚骋 didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Erik Myhrvold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

PERSIA FC made a substitution. Silvio Gaizkine replaced Abel Faria. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emil Berntzen made a kick off. Emil Berntzen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carl Haveland came out and tried to block the shot, but Emil Berntzen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 52nd minute. Emil Berntzens short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Carl Haveland to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 56 minutes PERSIA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leon Digre who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Λstral Villains FC's corner Leon Digre fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carl Haveland quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Berntzen in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Haveland saved PERSIA FC from getting behind. PERSIA FC's Carl Haveland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Berntzen in the 63rd minute of play. Λstral Villains FC's Theo Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Acevedo in the 64th minute of play. Carl Haveland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Berntzen in the 68th minute of play. Theo Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Acevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Leon Digre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl Haveland. PERSIA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leon Digre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Λstral Villains FC made a substitution. Lars Holand replaced Emil Berntzen. PERSIA FC made a substitution. Arild Omholt replaced Jimeno Acevedo. Silvio Gaizkine hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Lars Holand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carl Haveland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Holand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Cavalcante was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.
