Maikel Stroobos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sander Telkamp having to interfere. Sander Telkamp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maikel Stroobos in the 17th minute of the match. Limburgse Jagers's Werner Bruinsma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Jorna in the 23rd minute of play. Sjaak Thomasse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th of the match, Maikel Stroobos tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Sander Telkamp got in the way and made a wonderful save. After a defensive mix-up in Limburgse Jagers's zone, Gerard Waidijk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Werner Bruinsma came out of the goal and Gerard Waidijk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Abraham Bosstraeten was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. The supporters of Limburgse Jagers booed when Meister SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Bosstraeten didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maikel Stroobos in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sander Telkamp saved Meister SV from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maikel Stroobos in the 63rd minute of play forced Meister SV's goalkeeper Sander Telkamp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Gerard Waidijk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Werner Bruinsma, 0-3. Sjaak Thomasse ran back to his position shaking his head. Maikel Stroobos struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Sander Telkamp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limburgse Jagers. If Gerard Waidijk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerard Waidijk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Werner Bruinsma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. After some careless play in the Meister SV defense, Maikel Stroobos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sander Telkamp. The Meister SV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sander Telkamp should have stopped the shot. Andreas de Boer charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas de Boer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Limburgse Jagers getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Andreas de Boer hit a great ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 93rd minute, when Meister SV's Ger Pool after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Werner Bruinsma in Limburgse Jagers's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Limburgse Jagers's goalkeeper Werner Bruinsma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Werner Bruinsma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerard Waidijk in the 97th minute. The Limburgse Jagers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Meister SV's performance. The match ended with a win for Meister SV.
