Ulf Uter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gooitzen Witting went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Ulf Uter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gertjan van Zwam in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomil Barys in the 76th minute of play forced Weena's goalkeeper Gerben Eylens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ab Spiering in the 82nd minute of play forced Soerendonk HC's goalkeeper Ulf Uter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerben Eylens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomil Barys in the 85th minute of play. When Fred Aerssen fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soerendonk HC's protests and gave Fred Aerssen a yellow card for diving instead. Fred Aerssen hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tjeerd van den Bergh in the 87th minute of play forced Soerendonk HC's goalkeeper Ulf Uter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Soerendonk HC defense, Jan Hilkes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulf Uter.
