Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lithooien S.V.'s Dario Sadurni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matthijs Jorna came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Lithooien S.V.'s Jörgen Haglund. But to his dismay, Jörgen Haglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jurjen Roswinkel's late challenge caught a vv Hefswal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jurjen Roswinkel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, Jurjen Roswinkel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, vv Hefswal's Florian Roodenburg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hendrik de Zwart. Hendrik de Zwart yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Hendrik de Zwart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klaas Smit, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Hendrik de Zwart made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Stefano van Putten sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th play minute Daniel Douwes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hendrik de Zwart. 2-1. If Jörgen Haglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hendrik de Zwart was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Klaas Smit showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 24 minute of play. Giovanni Windmuller kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Hendrik de Zwart made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Douwes in the 38th minute. With a little luck, Lithooien S.V.'s Hendrik de Zwart got control of the ball when Daniel Douwes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matthijs Jorna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Haglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florian Roodenburg hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Klaas Smit was the one to do the kick off. Jörgen Haglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matthijs Jorna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cees Dongen in the 59th minute of the match. Daniel Douwes kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Lithooien S.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Douwes came free, but Hendrik de Zwart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Daniel Douwes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The vv Hefswal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Hendrik de Zwart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Roodenburg in the 69th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Jurjen Roswinkel put in a rough tackle. In the 75th minute Florian Roodenburg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik de Zwart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. vv Hefswal's Klaas Smit suffered a sore thigh after 82 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Brain van Duuren charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brain van Duuren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lithooien S.V. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave vv Hefswal a penalty, 85 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ger Fens, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lithooien S.V.'s Hendrik de Zwart. 7-1. Hendrik de Zwart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefano van Putten in the 89th minute of play. Stefano van Putten hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Florian Roodenburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jörgen Haglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. vv Hefswal's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
