After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Wessel Genkenaar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nebula FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wessel Genkenaar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lithooien S.V.'s Hendrik de Zwart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbie van der Werff in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Jörgen Haglund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nebula FC's Iwan Schalken was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jörgen Haglund succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After 41 played minutes Lithooien S.V. got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Pratt. Hendrik de Zwart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralph Bogarde, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th match minute, Nebula FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralph Bogarde to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute of the match Sjoerd Verweijen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iwan Schalken skillfully saved the ball. Jan Hendrik Vennegoor kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dario Sadurni was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jörgen Haglund in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwan Schalken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 57 played minutes Nebula FC got a freekick which was hit by Bennie Rooze. Hendrik de Zwart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie van der Werff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Bennie Rooze ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hendrik de Zwart was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 68th match minute, Nebula FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralph Bogarde to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes, Lithooien S.V.'s Joshua Pratt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iwan Schalken came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lithooien S.V. reached it. Jörgen Haglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Iwan Schalken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 75 played minutes Nebula FC got a freekick which was hit by Robbie van der Werff. Iwan Schalken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Sadurni in the 79th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Giovanni Windmuller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lithooien S.V.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nebula FC the free kick. In the 84th match minute, Lithooien S.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Windmuller to maneuver through the defense. Wessel Genkenaar's shot from long distance in the 85th minute was not bad at all, but Lithooien S.V.'s Hendrik de Zwart knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 91st minute, Dario Sadurni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Joshua Pratt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
