Spectators: 6827 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1827, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Roger Enzing made the kick off which started today's match. Sporting Skoekeloen's Martijn Geerts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Skoekeloen from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luc Okkes in the 4th minute of play forced Sporting Skoekeloen's goalkeeper Martijn Geerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 minutes, Erik Wijngaart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Griet and the Sporting Skoekeloen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Griet got a freekick which was hit by Erik Wijngaart. Roger Enzing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the game, Ferry Palsma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Skoekeloen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Griet the free kick. Vincent Schaap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Enzing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincent Schaap didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Enzing went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Martijn Geerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luc Okkes in the 33rd minute of the match. Roger Enzing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Vincent Schaap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vincent Schaap came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Skoekeloen's Roger Enzing. But to his dismay, Roger Enzing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 47 minutes of play, Sporting Skoekeloen's Roger Enzing made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincent Schaap was left in no man's land by his defense there!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luc Okkes made a kick off. Martijn Geerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denny Moorlag in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Sporting Skoekeloen's Remond Luikens dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roger Enzing got free with Vincent Schaap in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sporting Skoekeloen's Martijn Geerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denny Moorlag in the 67th minute of play. Martijn Geerts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luc Okkes's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Roger Enzing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Vincent Schaap made a huge save. In the 72nd minute, Robbie Meurs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Schaap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Enzing in the 79th minute of the match. Roger Enzing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roger Enzings short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Vincent Schaap to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luc Okkes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martijn Geerts having to interfere. When Roger Enzing came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Sporting Skoekeloen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Enzing couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Griet's Vincent Schaap got control of the ball when Roger Enzing tried to sneak it across the goal line.
