Spectators: 8002 (Terracing: 6003, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) Keinseman VV's Dennis Robbermond started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dennis Robbermond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Keinseman VV booed when FC Derks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klaas Sybering didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, FC Derks's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Robbermond came free, but Robin Van Peel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Derks's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lex Onrust was slow to take the kick. During this time Keinseman VV's players had a chance to rest. In the 14th minute, Lex Onrust left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Keinseman VV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brain Hulshof in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robin Van Peel saved FC Derks from getting behind. Dennis Robbermond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Van Peel having to interfere. Robin Van Peel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Robbermond in the 25th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Nico-Jan Mülder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Derks's Robin Van Peel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Robbermond in the 33rd minute of play. Klaas Sybering's late challenge caught a Keinseman VV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klaas Sybering helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Derks's Klaas Sybering got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Dennis Robbermond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Van Peel having to interfere. After having played for 37 minutes, Dennis Robbermond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Keinseman VV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Robbermond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute Dennis Robbermond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Van Peel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Derks players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Keinseman VV were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nico-Jan Mülder to make the kick off. Lex Onrust struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Robin Van Peel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Keinseman VV. FC Derks's Klaas Sybering got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Klaas Sybering off the ground. A collision led to FC Derks getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Klaas Sybering hit a great ball. 0-4 became the score in the 64th minute when Lex Onrust elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Keinseman VV's Lex Onrust in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Derks's goalie prevented a goal. Robin Van Peel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lex Onrust, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Derks's Robin Van Peel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Derks from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute, Lex Onrust got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 77 played minutes FC Derks got a freekick which was hit by Nico-Jan Mülder. 80 minutes into the game, Dennis Robbermond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Robin Van Peel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 83 in the game by Dennis Robbermond from a close distance when the talented Robin Van Peel managed to make a qualified save. FC Derks's players were relieved. In the 86th minute Lex Onrust shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Van Peel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dennis Robbermond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nico-Jan Mülder hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Dennis Robbermond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lex Onrust sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lex Onrust recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
