After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Jouke Wielens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Keinseman VV's supporters rose to their feet, but Jouke Wielens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimmy Britton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lex van Zalen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lex Onrust struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Jimmy Britton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Keinseman VV. Jimmy Britton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Robbermond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keinseman VV's Mickael Wisgerhof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Riemers in the 11th minute of play. Rudolf Degens hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danny Riemers in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mickael Wisgerhof saved Keinseman VV from getting behind. Lex Onrust sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 0-1 became the score in the 17th minute when Dennis Robbermond elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinier Wensing in the 21st minute of play forced Keinseman VV's goalkeeper Mickael Wisgerhof to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mickael Wisgerhof showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny Riemers in the 28th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Niawier Banino SC got a freekick which was hit by Nathan Hoekstra. Lex Onrust took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jimmy Britton. Niawier Banino SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jimmy Britton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lex Onrust, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimmy Britton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Robbermond, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dennis Robbermond to make the kick off. In the last second Jimmy Britton throw himself and got hold of the ball when Lex Onrust in the 51stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 52nd match minute, Niawier Banino SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinier Wensing to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Niawier Banino SC's goalkeeper Jimmy Britton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Robbermond. Dennis Robbermond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmy Britton having to interfere. With a little luck, Niawier Banino SC's Jimmy Britton got control of the ball when Dennis Robbermond tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diderik Nijhof kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. If Lex Onrust had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Danny Riemers fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Niawier Banino SC's protests and gave Danny Riemers a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Niawier Banino SC got a freekick which was hit by Danny Riemers. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lex Onrust in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimmy Britton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Niawier Banino SC's Jimmy Britton got control of the ball when Dennis Robbermond tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lex Onrust recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
