An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Helssen in the 5th minute of play forced Frytum's goalkeeper Hans Geitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cláudio Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Oliverios, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. When Claude Helssen came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Caseys Dreamteam 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claude Helssen couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the match, Caseys Dreamteam 2's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Oliverios came free, but Cláudio Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Finidi George fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Geitz having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Arno Dorner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hans Geitz. Frytum's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arno Dorner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Hans Geitz was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Finidi George capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Finidi George really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 30th minute, Finidi George hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Ralph Barels got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 39 minutes into the match, Finidi George dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hans Geitz, 3-0. If Claude Helssen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arjen Decheiver kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Finidi George to make the kick off. Arjen Decheiver hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the game, Caseys Dreamteam 2's Finidi George nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hans Geitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 59 minutes into the match, Frytum's goal looked a bit too open when Rudi de Zwart came free, but Hans Geitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caseys Dreamteam 2's Matias Abadie was substituted for Gert Jan de Zaaijer. 70 minutes into the game, Finidi George cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Hans Geitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hans Geitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finidi George in the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Caseys Dreamteam 2 booed when Frytum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Hoeksma didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Frytum's goal looked a bit too open when Finidi George came free, but Hans Geitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 龙渊挺 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Cláudio Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristjan Vaarmann hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Caseys Dreamteam 2's Cláudio Linhares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Caseys Dreamteam 2 from getting a goal against them. Ryan Fokkens charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ryan Fokkens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Frytum getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ryan Fokkens hit a great ball. In the 88th minute Finidi George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Geitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finidi George in the 92nd minute of play forced Frytum's goalkeeper Hans Geitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caseys Dreamteam 2's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
