With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dean Verbruggen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hans Van Breukelen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maarten Colen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes MVV Maastricht got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Fleur. Dean Verbruggen came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Agressor's Berkin Darcan. But to his dismay, Berkin Darcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berkin Darcan in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dean Verbruggen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute of the match, Berkin Darcan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dean Verbruggen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 36th match minute, MVV Maastricht was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Roelofsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Dennis Roelfs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dean Verbruggen was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Dean Verbruggen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sevdalin Shoshev in the 41st minute. After 45 played minutes MVV Maastricht got a freekick which was hit by John Pothuizen. Dennis Roelfs's shot from long distance in the 46th minute was not bad at all, but MVV Maastricht's Dean Verbruggen knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The supporters of MVV Maastricht booed when FC Agressor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikola Tesla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maarten Colen was the one to do the kick off. Dennis Roelfs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Berkin Darcan during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Berkin Darcan kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Roelfs in the 58th minute of play forced MVV Maastricht's goalkeeper Dean Verbruggen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Agressor fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when FC Agressor's Dennis Roelfs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dean Verbruggen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berkin Darcan in the 63rd minute of play. Bassi Adriaanse succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Roelfs in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dean Verbruggen saved MVV Maastricht from getting behind. In the 68thth minute of the game Berkin Darcan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MVV Maastricht's Dean Verbruggen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Agressor's Robert Oppenheimer was substituted for Jan Melker. Gilbert Fleur hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Berkin Darcan sped through MVV Maastricht's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dean Verbruggen. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurits Ruben during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Roelfs in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dean Verbruggen saved MVV Maastricht from getting behind. Maarten Colen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hans Van Breukelen having to make a save. Berkin Darcan scored 9-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dean Verbruggen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Berkin Darcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Agressor fully deserved thier win.
