Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hirving Lozano made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Marco Mook shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hernen Bacon's zone, Michel Cremers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kacper Gruchacz came out of the goal and Michel Cremers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michel Cremers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kacper Gruchacz having to interfere. Kacper Gruchacz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grigore Bogătean went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 14th minute, Olof de Cler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michel Cremers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Kacper Gruchacz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Grigore Bogătean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seagulls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Hirving Lozano hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Kacper Gruchacz came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Seagulls's Grigore Bogătean. But to his dismay, Grigore Bogătean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Michel Cremers might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kacper Gruchacz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michel Cremers ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute Michel Cremers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Hernen Bacon's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Cremers came free, but Kacper Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Michel Cremers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Zgonina in the 37th minute of play forced Hernen Bacon's goalkeeper Kacper Gruchacz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kacper Gruchacz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Zgonina in the 38th minute of play. Miguel Proença was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Hirving Lozano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hirving Lozano really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Zgonina in the 46th minute of play forced Hernen Bacon's goalkeeper Kacper Gruchacz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Seagulls were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
A collision led to Seagulls getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Grigore Bogătean hit a great ball. Miguel Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Caneira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Borg in the 56th minute of play forced Seagulls's goalkeeper Miguel Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Cremers in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kacper Gruchacz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hernen Bacon's Kacper Gruchacz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Hernen Bacon from getting a goal against them. Marco Mook recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Hernen Bacon's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Zgonina came free, but Kacper Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hernen Bacon's Alessio Marra got a free kick in the 64th minute. Grigore Bogătean blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kacper Gruchacz having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Seagulls's Milosz Zgonina got a free kick in the 77th minute. The supporters of Seagulls booed when Hernen Bacon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hirving Lozano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kacper Gruchacz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grigore Bogătean's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Grigore Bogătean dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kacper Gruchacz, 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Cremers got free with Kacper Gruchacz in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 88 minutes, Milosz Zgonina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seagulls's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milosz Zgonina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kacper Gruchacz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Milosz Zgonina went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Seagulls played a much better game than Hernen Bacon and deserved their victory. The Hernen Bacon players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
