Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tommie Pragt started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Seagulls's Robustiano Eguzki got a free kick in the 4th minute. Jos Bos hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Miguel Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 庄升庭 in the 12th minute of the match. Miguel Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommie Pragt in the 18th minute of play. With his leg Ferdinant Schmidt managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Seagulls's Michel Cremers fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tommie Pragt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Miguel Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Seagulls's Grigore Bogătean in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Reusel S.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Miguel Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommie Pragt's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Tommie Pragt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reusel S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Tommie Pragt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Proença breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 庄升庭 in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Proença saved Seagulls from getting behind. Ferdinant Schmidt was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Michel Cremers capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Michel Cremers really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ferdinant Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigore Bogătean in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Grigore Bogătean to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Melvin Plagge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seagulls and the Reusel S.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Reusel S.C. booed when Seagulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melvin Plagge didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Tommie Pragt put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Miguel Proença. 62 minutes into the match, Reusel S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Michel Cremers came free, but Ferdinant Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 minutes of play, Seagulls's Michel Cremers made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdinant Schmidt was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66thth minute of the game C.J. Love who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seagulls's Miguel Proença was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers C.J. Love in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Proença saved Seagulls from getting behind. Miguel Proença was a little too slow when 傅庭振 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 3-2. Ferdinant Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Cremers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinant Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Cremers, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Miguel Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from C.J. Love in the 78th minute of play. Michel Cremers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferdinant Schmidt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Seagulls were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Reusel S.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ben Rensenbrink took the corner. A collision led to Seagulls getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Marco Mook hit a great ball. Michel Cremers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinant Schmidt having to interfere. Michel Cremers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by C.J. Love during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st minute, C.J. Love hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Reusel S.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Seagulls.
