Marcel Struik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Azghar Sarosh, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Marcel Struik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Lauaxeta in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Achterwehl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Tiniebra to maneuver through the defense. In the game's 16th minute Dynamo Blitz's Azghar Sarosh took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Marcel Struik and thus the score was 0-1. In the 19th match minute, Dynamo Blitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliodor Novăceanu to maneuver through the defense. Marcel Struik came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Dynamo Blitz's Elbert Smeekes. But to his dismay, Elbert Smeekes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 26 minutes into the match, Achterwehl's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Lauaxeta came free, but Marcel Struik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Dynamo Blitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Lindeman to maneuver through the defense. If Arjen Ommen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcel Struik came out of the goal and Marinus Westerink tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elbert Smeekes took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Struik. Marcel Struik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3.

But to his dismay, Luciano Lauaxeta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Dynamo Blitz's Fabiën Melis was substituted for Carlo Swerts. Dynamo Blitz made a substitution. Bruno Zuidema replaced Luciano Lauaxeta. Marcel Struik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Zuidema, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th match minute, Achterwehl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ab Rijkaard to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Arjen Ommen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radul Ranev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dynamo Blitz played a much better game than Achterwehl and deserved their victory. The Achterwehl players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
