The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute of the match, 顾思青 got a very nice opportunity to score, but Billy Hollander was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 30th minute Menno Heck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Jazwiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszko Jazwiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maikel Lammers in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cyryl Ziemniak during the 37th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan Oosting stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
