With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joshua Bannatyne in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy de Zeeuw saved ASV Muziekwijk from getting behind. After 13 played minutes Dynamo Blitz got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Swerts. Azghar Sarosh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Tommy de Zeeuw tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Lauaxeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Elbert Smeekes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tommy de Zeeuw was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Joshua Bannatyne struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Tommy de Zeeuw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dynamo Blitz. Luciano Lauaxeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dynamo Blitz's Elbert Smeekes got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Ton Meulman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Radul Ranev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ton Meulman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ASV Muziekwijk getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Joop Jurjens hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oliver Bot was the one to do the kick off. Tommy de Zeeuw made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Lauaxeta in the 53rd minute. Radul Ranev came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by ASV Muziekwijk's Oliver Bot. But to his dismay, Oliver Bot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, ASV Muziekwijk's Tommy de Zeeuw got control of the ball when Marinus Westerink tried to sneak it across the goal line. ASV Muziekwijk's Tommy de Zeeuw proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save ASV Muziekwijk from getting a goal against them. Tommy de Zeeuw was a little too slow when Luciano Lauaxeta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 1-2. Dynamo Blitz's Radul Ranev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Hekman in the 77th minute of play. Radul Ranev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ton Meulman in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Dynamo Blitz's Luciano Lauaxeta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy de Zeeuw made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Dynamo Blitz's Ivan Urbez was substituted for Joshua Bannatyne. When Ivan Urbez came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Dynamo Blitz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Urbez couldn't finish the play. Jeffrey Zeevenhoven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radul Ranev having to interfere.
