The supporters of Flashdynamica booed when ASV Muziekwijk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joop Jurjens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Pepijn Asselbergs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy de Zeeuw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Zalm in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th match minute, ASV Muziekwijk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Bot to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, ASV Muziekwijk's goal looked a bit too open when Koen Poels came free, but Tommy de Zeeuw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Michael Scott cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Flashdynamica's zone, Otto Jorna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hendrik-Jan Krommert came out of the goal and Otto Jorna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barry Zalm to make the kick off. Pepijn Asselbergs's late challenge caught a Flashdynamica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pepijn Asselbergs helped the player get up and apologised. Koen Poels took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy de Zeeuw. ASV Muziekwijk's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 64 played minutes ASV Muziekwijk got a freekick which was hit by Jeffrey Zeevenhoven. Hendrik-Jan Krommert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Bot, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Hendrik-Jan Krommert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Hekman in the 72nd minute of the match. Tommy de Zeeuw made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brain Veldman in the 75th minute. Tommy de Zeeuw didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Scott went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Flashdynamica made a substitution. Xavi Simons replaced Michael Scott. 2-3 became the score in the 90th minute when Dennis Hekman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
