If Marinus Westerink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flashdynamica were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Dynamo Blitz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Koen Poels took the corner. After a rather tough play, Flashdynamica's Koen Poels got a free kick in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Flashdynamica's goal looked a bit too open when Marinus Westerink came free, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marinus Westerink blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hendrik-Jan Krommert having to make a save. Hendrik-Jan Krommert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marinus Westerink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radul Ranev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Zalm in the 18th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Marinus Westerink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michael Scott came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Radul Ranev could save by the left post. 41 minutes into the match, Dynamo Blitz's goalkeeper Radul Ranev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Scott. Hendrik-Jan Krommert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marinus Westerink in the 46th minute of the match.

Hendrik-Jan Krommert made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Marinus Westerink sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Flashdynamica booed when Dynamo Blitz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Janpier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hendrik-Jan Krommert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Lauaxeta in the 60th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Koen Poels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Michael Scott came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Flashdynamica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Scott couldn't finish the play. Luciano Lauaxeta in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hendrik-Jan Krommert, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Flashdynamica's Xavi Simons was substituted for Michael Scott. Barry Zalm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Radul Ranev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Azghar Sarosh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flashdynamica's Hendrik-Jan Krommert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Flashdynamica from getting a goal against them. Dwight Schrute kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Barry Zalm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flashdynamica's Xavi Simons got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barry Zalm in the 91st minute of play forced Dynamo Blitz's goalkeeper Radul Ranev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radul Ranev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billy de Jager in the 92nd minute of play. The Dynamo Blitz supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dynamo Blitz would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
