An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Bot in the 32nd minute of play forced Hønefoss BK's goalkeeper Gio Elders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sjef Wagenaar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, Hønefoss BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Bakker to maneuver through the defense. Gio Elders stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliver Bot's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Dennis Hekman struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Gio Elders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ASV Muziekwijk. Sjef Wagenaar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy de Zeeuw. Giannis de Vries hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. A collision led to ASV Muziekwijk getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Marcel Wilson hit a great ball. Gio Elders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bot in the 91st minute of the match. Taco Aelbrecht hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The ASV Muziekwijk manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Hønefoss BK to win.
