In the 12th minute Brain Veldman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Stuijvenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, FC Baarstraat's goal looked a bit too open when Barry Zalm came free, but Daniel Stuijvenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Brain Veldman took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Daniel Stuijvenberg to make any attempt to save it. After 25 minutes of play, Flashdynamica's Barry Zalm made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. FC Baarstraat's Daniel Stuijvenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save FC Baarstraat from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Flashdynamica's Daniel Stuijvenberg threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Barry Zalm, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Baarstraat's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Brain Veldman scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Stuijvenberg, making the score, 5-0. The long shot by Koen Poels in the 39th minute really tested Daniel Stuijvenberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stefan Gajewski was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of FC Baarstraat booed when Flashdynamica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucien Pietersma didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute Radu Verzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy de Jager in the 53rd minute of play forced FC Baarstraat's goalkeeper Daniel Stuijvenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Michael Scott cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Billy de Jager sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the FC Baarstraat defense, Xavi Simons kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Stuijvenberg. The FC Baarstraat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Stuijvenberg should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, Barry Zalm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Stuijvenberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. After some careless play in the FC Baarstraat defense, Brain Veldman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Stuijvenberg. The FC Baarstraat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Stuijvenberg should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute Barry Zalm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Stuijvenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flashdynamica's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
