Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 50) ASV Muziekwijk's Oliver Bot started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Scheveningen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fahrettin Atlas to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Cyryl Ziemniak dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy de Zeeuw, 1-0. Zbyszko Jazwiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ton Meulman in the 16th minute of the match. Gerrie Platvoet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbyszko Jazwiec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Ton Meulman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszko Jazwiec having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Scheveningen got a freekick which was hit by Jan Oosting. Zbyszko Jazwiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy van Loen, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 37th minute, Ton Meulman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeffrey Zeevenhoven kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Gerrie Platvoet hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Oosting to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, ASV Muziekwijk's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Marques came free, but Tommy de Zeeuw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 顾思青 in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy de Zeeuw prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tommy de Zeeuw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Zbyszko Jazwiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ton Meulman in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to ASV Muziekwijk getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ton Meulman hit a great ball. Wim Oosterman's late challenge caught a Scheveningen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wim Oosterman helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ASV Muziekwijk getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Wim Oosterman hit a great ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Oliver Bot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASV Muziekwijk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Bot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zbyszko Jazwiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephan Stout in the 81st minute of the match. Scheveningen's Zbyszko Jazwiec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Scheveningen from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by 顾思青 in the 90th minute of play forced ASV Muziekwijk's goalkeeper Tommy de Zeeuw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 played minutes Scheveningen got a freekick which was hit by Ben Molenaar. Scheveningen's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
