Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gerard Hoogsteen kicked off to start the match. Stevensbeek FC's David van Putten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerard Hoogsteen in the 4th minute of play. Stevensbeek FC's David van Putten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Stevensbeek FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Balogh in the 9th minute of play forced Stevensbeek FC's goalkeeper David van Putten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to GALATASARAY getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Hatisa Sahota hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Maurits van der Bij got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christijan Germs charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christijan Germs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christijan Germs kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Stevensbeek FC's Michel Ellerman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hans Pik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Michel Ellerman kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to Stevensbeek FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Maurits van der Bij hit a great ball. Norbert Balogh had several of the Stevensbeek FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed David van Putten as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 34th match minute, Stevensbeek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Bakhuis to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, GALATASARAY's Rafael de Ridder got a free kick in the 35th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in GALATASARAY fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! Demy Kamps walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 41 minutes into the game, Ferry Dekkers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GALATASARAY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stevensbeek FC the free kick. After 41 played minutes GALATASARAY got a freekick which was hit by Ferry Dekkers. Michel Ellerman scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans Pik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Otto Dijken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David van Putten came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by GALATASARAY's Otto Dijken. But to his dismay, Otto Dijken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. David van Putten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerard Hoogsteen, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When GALATASARAY's Gerard Hoogsteen in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stevensbeek FC's goalie prevented a goal. Hans Pik made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Anthony Bakhuis sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Anthony Bakhuis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stevensbeek FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Bakhuis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hans Pik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roman Estevon's late challenge caught a GALATASARAY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roman Estevon helped the player get up and apologised. 77 minutes into the game, one of Stevensbeek FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. David van Putten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Hoogsteen in the 81st minute of play. Stevensbeek FC's David van Putten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerard Hoogsteen in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Bakhuis in the 84th minute of play forced GALATASARAY's goalkeeper Hans Pik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Otto Dijken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of GALATASARAY booed when Stevensbeek FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demy Kamps didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes Stevensbeek FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Steen. After 97th play minutes Gerard Hoogsteen shot 3-2, a short shot which went by David van Putten and just under the crossbar into goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. GALATASARAY had won after a very even match.
