The Spoorbuurt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rıfat Yazar should have stopped the shot. The S.C. Potentia fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when S.C. Potentia's Elano Domingues looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mathijs Tevreden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hannes Kjellkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Rıfat Yazar managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when S.C. Potentia's Roman Pitin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Spoorbuurt's Rıfat Yazar got control of the ball when Roman Pitin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, S.C. Potentia's goal looked a bit too open when Laurens Heeringa came free, but Mathijs Tevreden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Rein Roetering kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Elano Domingues's late challenge caught a Spoorbuurt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elano Domingues helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Spoorbuurt booed when S.C. Potentia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elano Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, S.C. Potentia's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Schophuis came free, but Mathijs Tevreden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, S.C. Potentia's Roger Ijspol got a free kick in the 38th minute. Mathijs Tevreden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jelte Sturkenboom, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 44 minutes of play, S.C. Potentia's Roman Pitin made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rıfat Yazar was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hannes Kjellkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Adam Messi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Roman Pitin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Rıfat Yazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 59 minutes into the match, S.C. Potentia's goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Kjellkvist came free, but Mathijs Tevreden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Ijspol during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Roman Pitin put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rıfat Yazar. When Roman Pitin came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the S.C. Potentia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Pitin couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the match, S.C. Potentia's Anton Rovsing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rıfat Yazar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Spoorbuurt's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Pitin came free, but Rıfat Yazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Messi struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Rıfat Yazar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C. Potentia. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Mathijs Tevreden successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Anton Rovsing's late challenge caught a Spoorbuurt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Rovsing helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, S.C. Potentia's Anton Rovsing got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 86 played minutes Spoorbuurt got a freekick which was hit by 박 육. 89 minutes into the match, Spoorbuurt's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Pitin came free, but Rıfat Yazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97thth minute of the game Roman Pitin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spoorbuurt's Rıfat Yazar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
