The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when Stevensbeek FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Estevon didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Maurits van der Bij had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute of the match Roman Estevon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Knut Kieper skillfully saved the ball. Boca Juniors's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
