The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Juvenal Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mijdrecht Maffia's supporters rose to their feet, but Juvenal Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rıfat Yazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Mijdrecht Maffia booed when Spoorbuurt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Schophuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spoorbuurt's goalkeeper Rıfat Yazar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agostinho Vidal in the 11th minute of play forced Spoorbuurt's goalkeeper Rıfat Yazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Spoorbuurt's goal looked a bit too open when Bram Wessel came free, but Rıfat Yazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rıfat Yazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juvenal Vaz in the 16th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Spoorbuurt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Valentijn to maneuver through the defense. Teun Moek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıfat Yazar having to interfere. The Mijdrecht Maffia fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Mijdrecht Maffia's Juvenal Vaz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 45 minutes, Juvenal Vaz made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Spoorbuurt's Rıfat Yazar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juvenal Vaz to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Bram Wessel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rıfat Yazar. Bram Wessel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Bram Wessel put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Rıfat Yazar. Andre Schophuis's late challenge caught a Mijdrecht Maffia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andre Schophuis helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Spoorbuurt getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Andre Schophuis hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Juvenal Vaz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rıfat Yazar. That made the score 0-9 in the 63 minute of play. Rıfat Yazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Vidal in the 66th minute of the match. Spoorbuurt's Rıfat Yazar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Spoorbuurt from getting a goal against them. Rıfat Yazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juvenal Vaz in the 74th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Juvenal Vaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Rıfat Yazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 77 played minutes Mijdrecht Maffia got a freekick which was hit by Wouter Matthijs. In the 88th minute, Mijdrecht Maffia's Hans Plescher seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hans Plescher the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mijdrecht Maffia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hans Plescher had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 89th minute, Hans Plescher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rob Poelman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jelte Sturkenboom in the 90th minute of play. Hannes Kjellkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Rob Poelman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
